# How can I ask for pickup details? كيف يمكنني أن اطلب من العميل تفاصيل لطلبات الاستلام؟

**To ask for pickup details:**

1. Go to **Branches**
2. Click on **Branch Settings** of the branch that you want to enable pickup for.
3. Click on **General**
4. Click on **Ask for car details (pickup)**
5. Click on **Save** to apply the changes

**اتبع الخطوات التالية لطلب تفاصيل السيارة من العميل من الموقع:**

1. توجه إلى صفحة **الافرع**
2. اضغط على **إعدادات** الفرع.
3. قم بالضغط على زر **السؤال عن تفاصيل السيارة (طلبات الاستلام)**
4. تأكد من حفظ التعديلات بالضغط على زر **حفظ**
