How can I change the branch information ? كيفية تعديل معلومات الفرع ؟

**To change the branch information please follow these steps: **

1. Go to Branches
2. Click on Branch Settings
3. Under General you will find the below

• English name branch name that will show for customers in English
• Arabic name branch name that will show for customers in Arabic
• Phone the phone number that will show for customers in the information section/ tracking page
• Whatsapp Number the number that will show for customers in the information section/ tracking page
• Roles those who will have the permission to view / Edit the branch

اتبع الخطوات التالية لتعديل رقم هاتف الفرع أو رقم واتس اب:​

1. توجه إلى صفحة الافرع
2. اضغط على الاعدادات
3. تحت عام ستجد التالي

• الاسم بالانجليزي : الاسم الذي سيظهر للزبائن بالانجليزي
• الاسم بالعربي: الاسم الذي سيظهر للزبائن بالموقع العربي
• الهاتف : رقم هاتف الفرع سيظهر بقسم معلومات الفرع و فاتورة الفرع
• رقم الواتساب : الرقم الذي سيظهر للزبائن بقسم فاتورة الفرع
• الوظائف: الذين لديهم الصلاحية لعرض او تعديل الفرع
