# How can I create an order in POS? كيف يمكنني إنشاء طلب في نقطة البيع؟

**To create an order in POS:**

1. Click on **POS**.
2. Click on the **product** to add it directly to the cart.
3. Select customer details: **Walk-in**, **New** or **Existing**.
4. Select the order type: **Delivery** or **Pickup**.
5. For **Delivery**, add the address.
6. Finalize the order by setting **delivery/pickup date and time, payment method, payment status, remarks, and source**.
7. Optionally, tick **Automatically Receive Order** to manage the order immediately or leave it unticked to keep the order as **New** and the sound of the order will be on.

**لإنشاء طلب في نظام نقاط البيع:**

1.  اذهب إلى صفحة **نقطة البيع**
2. قم بالنقر على **المنتج** لإضافته في السلة
3. اضغط على **الزبون** لإضافة معلوماته ثم اختر **مستلم** أو **جديد** أو **قديم** (في حال وجود طلب سابق لنفس العميل) ثم اضغط **تم**
4. اضغط على **العنوان** لإختيار نوع الطلب **إستلام** او **توصيل** ثم اضغط **تم"
5.  قم بالضغط على  **إتمام الطلب** 
6.  حدد  **التاريخ و الوقت**
7.  اختر  **طريقة الدفع**
8.  حدد ما اذا كان الطلب مدفوع  **نعم ام لا**
9. ادخل **الملاحظات** (إذا وجد)
10. ادخل المصدر (إذا وجد) مثل طلبات ، ديليفرو ..إلخ
11.  اضغط على  **إتمام الطلب**

__:ملاحظة__
* في حال وجود مستخدم (على سبيل المثال، بالنسبة للموظفين في المطبخ لتحضير الطعام للتوصيل) يجب الغاء تحديد "استلام الطلب تلقائيا" ليتمكن من سماع صوت رنين الطلب
