# How can I enable loyalty program?  كيف يمكنني تفعيل برنامج الولاء؟

** To enable loyalty program:**

1. Go to **Settings**
2. Click on **Preferences**
3. Click on **Enable loyalty program**
4. Click on **Allow partial payments using wallet** (optional)​
5. Click on **Enable Loyalty Points**
6. Fill in how many points the customer will get per 1 KD in each order.
7. Set the expiry period of the points form **Expire Loyalty Points After** (optional)
8. Click on **Save **to apply the changes.

**Note: **
__When enabling "Allow partial payments using wallet:__
* The customers can use their wallet balance to pay for the order
* If the amount in the wallet is not enough, they will pay the remaining amount with another payment method
* If disabled, customers will have to pay the full amount using the wallet or any available payment method

**:لتفعيل ميزة برنامج المكافئات**

1. توجه الى صفحة **الاعدادات**
2. انقر على **خصائص**
3.  قم بالضغط على زر **تفعيل المحفظة** لتشغيل الميزة
4.  قم بتفعيل الدفع الجزئي مع مبلغ المحفظة
5. قم بتفعيل زر **تفعيل نقاط المكافئات**
6. حدد **عدد النقاط** التي سيحصل عليها العميل مقابل كل دينار يتم انفاقه
7.  قم بتحديد مدة صلاحية النقاط من خلال إلغاء صلاحية النقاط بعد
8. اضغط على **حفظ** لتطبيق التغييرات

**:ملاحظة  **
__اذا تم تفعيل خاصية الدفع الجزئي مع مبلغ المحفظة__
*  يمكن للعملاء استخدام رصيد محفظتهم لدفع قيمة الطلب
* إذا لم يكن المبلغ المتوفر في المحفظة كافيًا، يجب على العملاء دفع المبلغ المتبقي باستخدام وسيلة دفع أخرى
* اذا لم يتم التفعيل، سيتعين على العملاء دفع المبلغ الكامل باستخدام المحفظة أو أي وسيلة دفع أخرى متاحة
