How can I enable/disable Preorders & Auto close? كيف يتم تفعيل أو تعطيل الطلبات المسبقة أو لنفس اليوم؟

To enable or disable preorders or auto close/busy:

1. Go to Branches
2. Click on Branch Settings of the branch that you want to enable pre-ordering for.
3. Click on Delivery / Pickup
4. Click on Allow Pre-Order
5. Click on Save to apply the changes.

Notes:

Allow Pre-ordering on & Auto busy off:

• Customers will be able to place order while the store is busy. However, the delivery time will be postponed until the busy time is finished.

Allow Pre-ordering off & Auto close on:

• The customers will not be able to order outside of the working hours and the branch will be set closed. A notice banner will appear on the top of the store to show that the store is closed.

Both Allow Pre-ordering & Auto busy on:

• The customer will still be able to place scheduled orders outside the working hours with a notice banner that the branch is busy outside the working hours.

لتفعيل أو تعطيل الطلبات المسبقة أو لنفس اليوم:

1. توجه إلى صفحة الأفرع
2. اضغط على إعدادات الفرع للفرع الذي تريد تفعيل الطلب المسبق له.
3. اضغط على التوصيل / الاستلام
4. اضغط على تفعيل الطلب المسبق
5. اضغط على حفظ لتطبيق التغييرات

:ملاحظة

الطلب المسبق فعال و الإغلاق التلقائي غير فعال

• العملاء سيكونون قادرين على تقديم الطلبات اثناء المتجر مشغول. ومع ذلك، سيتم تأجيل وقت التوصيل حتى ينتهي وقت الانشغال

الطلب المسبق غير مفعل والإغلاق التلقائي مفعل

• العملاء لن يكونوا قادرين على اتمام الطلبات خارج اوقات العمل، وسيتم إغلاق الفرع. سيظهر إشعار على أعلى المتجر لإظهار أن المتجر مغلق

الطلب المسبق فعال و الإغلاق التلقائي فعال

• العملاء سيظلون قادرين على تقديم الطلبات المجدولة خارج ساعات العمل مع إشعار يُظهر أن الفرع مشغول خارج ساعات العمل
