How can I view my customer growth trend? كيف يمكنني الاطلاع على تقرير نمو عملائي؟

To view your customer growth trend:

1. Select Reports from the side menu
2. Press on Customers
3. Click on Customer Growth

A chart, which you can see as a % of total or as an absolute value will show:

• New customers (green) that purchased during a month
• Dormant customers (red) that have not ordered in a month, but have ordered in previous months.
• Returning customers (yellow) that have ordered in a month and in previous months.

1. توجه الى صفحة التقارير من القائمة الجانبية.
2. قم بالضغط على العملاء
3. ستجد في صفحة العملاء تبويب بإسم نمو العملاء

:سيظهر رسم بياني يعرض ما يلي

• عملاء جدد (أخضر): قاموا بالشراء خلال الفترة المحددة.
• عملاء لم يعاودوا الطلب (احمر): لم يطلبوا خلال الفترة المحددة ، لكنهم طلبوا في شهور سابقة.
• عملاء عاودوا الطلب (أصفر): طلبوا خلال الفترة المحددة وفي شهور سابقة
