# How much do SMS messages cost? And how to top up the wallet? كم تكلفة الرسائل القصيرة؟ و كيف يمكنني تعبئة المحفظة لاستخدام الرسائل القصيرة؟

|| SMS campaigns work by points, where 1 SMS costs 1.7 points per client.

**To top up your SMS points, you need to purchase an SMS package from the Add-ons section of your Ordable dashboard:**

1. Go to **Addons**.
2. Search for **SMS Top Up** and select the package.
3.  Click on **Buy now**
4.  SMS points will be added to your account.

__Notes:__
* For English messages, each message can contain up to 137characters per message/customer, 
* For Arabic messages, each message can contain up to 47 characters per message/customer.
* The message contains the domain.

|| تعمل حملات الرسائل النصية القصيرة باستخدام نظام النقاط، حيث تبلغ تكلفة الرسالة الواحدة 1.7 نقطة لكل عميل.

**لإعادة شحن رصيد نقاط الرسائل النصية القصيرة الخاصة بك، تحتاج إلى شراء رصيد رسائل نصية  من قسم "الإضافات" في لوحة تحكم**

1. التوجه إلى **الإضافات**
2. البحث عن **رصيد رسائل نصية**
3. اضغط على زر **شراء**

**عدد الأحرف في الرسائل النصية القصيرة:​**
* الحد الاقصى من الاحرف/الارقام في الرسالة الواحدة باللغة العربية هو 47 يشمل عدد احرف الدومين
* الحد الاقصى من الاحرف/الارقام في الرسالة الواحدة باللغة الإنجليزية هو 137 يشمل عدد احرف الدومين
* ملاحظة: تأكد من مراعاة عدد الأحرف عند صياغة محتوى الرسالة لضمان وصولها إلى عملائك بشكل كامل.
