# How to check the abandoned orders if it’s paid or not? كيفية التحقق من حالة  الدفع لطلب معلق؟

**To check if abandoned orders are paid or not, follow these steps:**

1. Go to **Orders**
2. Click on **Abandoned**.
3. Search for the order by the Tracking code or by Order ID.
4. Click on the **Order**
5. Click on **Check payment**

__Note:__
* you must check with the payment gateway if you received the amount or not.

**للتحقق من حالة الدفع لطلب معلق:**

1. انتقل إلى صفحة **الطلبات**
2. اضغط على**معلقة**
3. ابحث عن الطلب بإسم العميل او برقم هاتف العميل او رقم التتبع (في حال كان لديك رقم التتبع او رقم الطلب)
4. قم بالضغط على **الطلب**
5. اضغط على **تحقق من الدفع**

__ملاحظة:__
* بغض النظر عن المعلومات المعروضة في تفاصيل الطلب، من الضروري التأكد من استلام المبلغ الفعلي عن طريق مراجعة بوابة الدفع الخاصة بك. سجل دخولك إلى بوابة الدفع وتحقق من المعاملات المالية المرتبطة بفترة زمنية تتوافق مع تاريخ إنشاء الطلب المهجور. تأكد من مطابقة المبلغ ومراجعة حالة المعاملة (ناجحة أو فاشلة) للتأكيد على استلام الدفع.
