How to download a report in excel format? هل يمكنني تحميل التقارير؟

To download a report:

1. Go to **Reports **
2. Click on Downloads

You will find the following:

1. A tab labelled **Reports **where you will find a list of reports that you can download.
2. A tab labelled **Downloads **where you can download reports you generated from the **Request **tab.

You can download the following reports in Excel format:

• Order-wise Report: A report that shows sales at an order level
• Line Item Report: Shows sales at a line-item level (each product in the invoice)
• Bookings Report: Shows bookings sales details
• Bookings Report Split By Options: A report for each bookable invoice line item with a column for each option
• Product Sales for a Period: A report for product level sales by date range
• Sales Summary: A report that shows sales according to payment methods and order types
• Stock Levels: A report that shows stock levels by product
• Customer List: A report that shows all your customers by name and phone number
• Customer Segments Report: A report that shows customers and the segment they belong to
• Customer Feedbacks: A report that shows all the feedbacks that have been sent to you by customers
• Abandoned Carts: A report that shows customers who attempted to order but never ordered
• Product Catalog: Two reports for products and options
• Product Catalog Import: Two reports for products and options for importing
• B2B Line Item Report: Shows sales at a line-item level for B2B orders (each product in the invoice)
• B2B Preparation Report: A reports thats shows B2B's Preperation sheet
• B2B Order-wise Report: A report that shows B2B sales at an order level
• Promotions Order-wise Report: A report that shows Promotions details at an order level
• Promotions Usage Report: A report that shows the amount of times a promotion was used
• Cost of goods sold by supplier: A report that shows cost of goods sold by supplier
• Delivery Areas and Rates: A report that shows the your delivery areas and corresponding rates
• Customer Survey Responses: A report that shows the responses and ratings to the surveys conducted
• Orders by driver: A report that shows each order by assigned driver
• Wallet transactions: A report that shows the transactions completed from your wallet
• B2B Wallet Top Ups: A report that shows B2B wallet top ups
• Collected emails for out of stock products: Report that displays all the emails collected on your store for customers that want to be notified about when a product is restocked
• Loyalty points report: A report that shows the users loyalty points amount and spend
• Store/branch closure history​: A report that provides a record of when your store and branches were marked as 'busy,' along with the corresponding users and time periods.

1. توجه إلى صفحة التقارير من القائمة الجانبية
2. قم بالضغط على زر التحميل

:ستجد في صفحة التقارير ما يلي

1. تبويب باسم التحميلات يعرض قائمة بالتقارير التي يمكنك تنزيلها
2. قم بالضغط على زر التحميل الموجود في عمود طلب

• تقرير المبيعات - ملخص الفواتير: تقرير يعرض لك المبيعات على مستوى الطلب
• تقرير المبيعات - فواتير مع تفاصيل المنتجات: تقرير المبيعات مع تفاصيل كل منتج في كل فاتورة
• تقرير الحجوزات: يعرض تفاصيل الحجوزات​
• تقرير الحجوزات حسب الخيارات: تقرير يعرض لك الحجوزات مقسمين حسب الخيارات مع وجود عمود لكل خيار
• مبيعات المنتجات لفترة معينة: تقرير يعرض مبيعات المنتجات خلال فترة زمنية معينة
• ملخص المبيعات: تقرير يعرض لك المبيعات بناء على طرق الدفع و نوع الطلب
• مستويات المخزون: تقرير يعرض لك مستوى مخزون كل منتج

• تقرير مبيعات الشركات - سجل التحضير: تقرير يعرض لك سجل التحضير لمبيعات الشركات
• تقرير مبيعات الشركات - ملخص الفواتير: تقرير يعرض لك مبيعات الشركات على مستوى الطلب
• تقرير تفاصيل العروض: تقرير يعرض لك تفاصيل العروض على مستوى الطلب
• تقرير استخدام العروض: تقرير يعرض لك مدى استخدام العروض
• تكلفة البضائع حسب المورد: تقرير يعرض تكلفة البضائع حسب المورد
• مناطق التوصيل و اسعارها: تقرير يوضح مناطق التوصيل و اسعارها
• ردود الاستبيان للعملاء: تقرير يوضح الردود والتصنيفات على الاستبيانات التي تم إجراؤها
• Orders by driver: A report that shows each order by assigned driver
• عمليات المحفظة: تقرير يوضح العمليات التي تمت من محفظتك
• B2B Wallet Top Ups: A report that shows B2B wallet top ups
• الايميلات التي تم جمعها للاعلام عن المنتجات الغير المتوفرة في المخزون: تقرير يعرض جميع الايميلات التي تم جمعها في متجرك للعملاء الذين يريدون أن يتم إعلامهم عند إعادة تخزين المنتج
• تقرير نقاط المكافآت: تقرير يوضح نقاط المكافآت للمستخدمين و النقاط المستخدمة
• سجل إغلاق المتجر/الفرع: تقرير يوفر سجلًا للفترة التي تم وضع "مشغول" على متجرك وفروعه، بالإضافة إلى المستخدم المسؤول والمدة الزمنية
