How to enable Pre order for sold out product - كيفية تفعيل طلب مسبق /حجز لمنتج غير متوفر

What is Pre-Ordering?

Pre-ordering allows you to place an order for items that are not currently available (sold-out) in our immediate stock but are on their way or scheduled for replenishment. For "Stocked" items, this means your order reserves a unit from an upcoming shipment, guaranteeing you receive the item as soon as it becomes available.

To enable pre ordering inventory:

1. Go to Products
2. Click on the product you want to add pre order inventory to

3. Click on the Inventory tab
4. Add the preorder inventory and the lead time

5. Scroll down and click on Save

Now when the inventory of the product reaches zero, the customer will be able to preorder the product and gets a message notifying them of the pre order delivery time

الطلب المسبق يتيح لك تقديم طلب لمنتجات غير متوفرة حاليًا (نفذت من المخزون) ولكنها في الطريق أو من المقرر إعادة تخزينها قريبًا.، مما يعني أن الطلب سيحجز وحدة من الشحنة القادمة.

تفعيل المخزون للطلب المسبق:

1. اذهب إلى المنتجات
2. اضغط على المنتج الذي تريد إضافة مخزون الطلب المسبق له

3. اضغط على خانة المخزون
4. أضف مخزون الطلب المسبق والساعات المستغرقة للطلب المسبق

5. انزل لأسفل واضغط على حفظ

الآن، عندما يصل مخزون المنتج إلى صفر، سيتمكن العميل من وضع طلب مسبق للمنتج، وستظهر له رسالة توضح موعد التوصيل المتوقع للطلب المسبق.
