# How to refund an order -  كيفية استرجاع قيمة طلب

### To refund an order:

Click on the order you want to refund, you must cancel it first

1. Click on **Cancel**
2. Confirm the cancellation by clicking on **Yes**
3. Select the **Reason** of cancellation
4. Click on **Refund Customer**
5. Click on **Cancel**

### لإلغاء طلب اتبع الخطوات التالية:

اضغط على **الطلب** المحدد الذي تريد إلغاءه

1. قم بالضغط على خيار **إلغاء** في صفحة التحكم
2. قم بالضغط على **نعم** لتاكيد الالغاء
3. قم بإختيار **سبب** الإلغاء
4. اصغط على **ارجاع النقود الى العميل**
5. اضغط على زر **إلغاء**
