How to reset your password | كيفية إعادة تعيين كلمة المرور الخاصة بك

If you want to reset the password you use to sign into the dashboard, you can do so directly from the sign-in screen. Once the request is made, an email will be sent to the address used to verify your account to complete the process.

Steps to reset your password:

1. Go to the sign-in screen and press Forgot Your Password?.
2. Enter the username you used to log into the dashboard
3. Press the Send Reset Password Link button.

Open the email with the subject "Reset your password for ordable/ account" and press the link provided to reset your password.

1. Enter your new password and confirm it by entering it again.
2. Press Reset.

Once completed, you will be able to log into the dashboard of your store with your new password.

إذا كنت ترغب في إعادة تعيين كلمة المرور التي تستخدمها لتسجيل الدخول إلى لوحة التحكم، يمكنك القيام بذلك مباشرة من شاشة تسجيل الدخول. بمجرد تقديم الطلب، سيتم إرسال بريد إلكتروني إلى العنوان المستخدم لتفعيل حسابك لإكمال العملية.

خطوات إعادة تعيين كلمة المرور الخاصة بك:

1. انتقل إلى شاشة تسجيل الدخول واضغط على Forgot Your Password?.

3. اضغط على زر Send Reset Password Link.

1. أدخل كلمة المرور الجديدة وقم بتأكيدها عن طريق إدخالها مرة أخرى.
2. اضغط على Reset.

بمجرد الانتهاء، ستتمكن من تسجيل الدخول إلى لوحة التحكم الخاصة بمتجرك باستخدام كلمة المرور الجديدة.
