# How to send a survey to a customer? كيف يمكنني إرسال استبيان إلى عميل؟


**Two methods to send a survey to a customer:**
## First method:
1. Click on the **order**.
2. Click on **Invoice**
3. Click on **Survey** 
4. Choose the **Type** ++QR Code, SMS, WhatsApp or Copy link++ and share it with the customer.

## Second Method: 
1. Go to **Customers**
2. Click on **Surveys**
3. Enter the Order#/Tracking ID in the reference field 
4. Click on **Quick create**
5. **Share** the survey with your client.

**لإرسال طلب استبيان للعميل:**

## :الطريقة الأولى
1. توجه إلى صفحة **الطلبات**. 
2. اضغط على **أونلاين**.
3. ​اضغط على **الطلب** المحدد الذي تريد ارسال استبيان له.​
4. قم بإختيار نوع الاستطلاع
5. ثم قم بمشاركة الإستطلاع مع العميل

## :الطريقة الثانية:
1. توجه إلى صفحة **العملاء **
2. اضغط على **استبيان**
3. قم بكتابة رقم الطلب/رقم التتبع في خانة "المرجع" 
4. قم بالضغط على **إنشاء الاستبيان**
5. قم **بمشاركة** الاستبيان مع العميل عن طريق الخيارات المتاحة مثل
++رسالة نصية , رسالة واتساب , نسخ الرابط ,  QR ++
