# How to send WhatsApp campaigns | كيف يمكنني ارسال حملات رسائل على الواتساب

# **You can now send WhatsApp campaigns directly through your dashboard**

**To send a campaign, you first need to connect your account to Facebook**

1. Go to **Settings**
2. Go to **Messaging** 
3. Enable WhatsApp
4. Click on **Connect to Facebook**

###### Once you’re connected, follow the steps below to prepare a campaign message:

1. Go to **Marketing**
2. Go to **Campaigns**
3. Go to the **WhatsApp** tab
4. Click **+ New WhatsApp Template**
5. Choose a **template name** and write the **message content and choose its languag**e, and also upload an image if needed
6. Click **Submit Template** to send it to Facebook for approval.

**You can then send the WhatsApp campaign message by following these steps:**

1. Go to **WhatsApp Campaigns**
2. Click **+ New WhatsApp Campaign**
3. Write the **campaign name and choose its purpose**
| This is for your reference, so you know the purpose of the campaign.

4. Select the **customer segment** you want to target and the **date range**.
5. From the dropdown, select the **WhatsApp template** you want to send.
6. Click **Create Campaign** to send your WhatsApp campaign.

# **يمكنك الآن إرسال حملات واتساب مباشرة من لوحة التحكم**

**لبدء إرسال الحملات، يجب أولاً ربط حسابك مع فيسبوك**

1. اذهب إلى **الاعدادات**
2. ثم إلى **المراسلة**
3. قم بتفعيل **واتساب**
4. اضغط على **المتابعة باستخدام فيسبوك**

###### بعد إتمام الربط، اتبع الخطوات التالية لتحضير رسالة الحملة:

1. اذهب إلى **التسويق**
2. **اضغط على الحملات**
3. انتقل إلى خانة **واتساب**
4. اضغط على **Create WhatsApp Template**
5. اختر **اسم ا**لحملة واكتب **محتوى الرسالة واختر لغة الحملة**
6. اضغط على **Submit Template** لإرسال الحملة إلى فيسبوك للموافقة عليها

**بعد الموافقة على القالب، يمكنك إرسال حملة واتساب باتباع الخطوات التالية:**

1. اذهب إلى **WhatsApp Campaigns**
2. اضغط على **New WhatsApp Campaign**
3. اكتب **اسم الحملة و **
| هذا الاسم للمرجع فقط لتعرف الغرض من الحملة.
4. اختر **شريحة العملاء** التي تريد استهدافها، ويمكنك تحديد **نطاق التاريخ** اختياريًا.
5. من القائمة المنسدلة، اختر **قالب الواتساب** الذي تريد إرساله.
6. اضغط على **انشاء الحملة** لإرسال حملة الواتساب.
