I created a branch, but I can’t see it in the branches why? قمت بإضافة فرع لكنه لا يظهر في لوحة التحكم

You need to make sure that your user’s role is assigned to the branch

1. Go to Settings page
2. Click on Users & permissions
3. Click on Roles
4. Click on Edit the permissions

Kindly select the abilities of this user and make sure to assign a branch in the branches tab, Follow these steps:

• The role will not be able to manage branches listed in the left box
• The role will be able to manage branches listed in the right box
• Move areas from one side to another using the arrows in the middle

1. توجه إلى صفحة الإعدادات
2. إضغط على المستخدمين والصلاحيات
3. إضغط على الوظائف
4. انقر على تعديل الصلاحيات

:يرجى تحديد صلاحيات هذا المستخدم والتأكد من تعيين الفرع في الأفرع، اتبع هذه الخطوات

• الوظيفة لن يمكنها التحكم بالافرع المدرجة في الجهة اليمنى
• الوظيفة يمكنها التحكم بالافرع المدرجة في الجهة اليسرى
• يمكنك تحديد ثم نقل المناطق من جهة الى اخرى بإستخدام الاسهم في المنتصف
