Raise a Request or Report an Issue – رفع طلب أو تبليغ عن عطل من خلال لوحة التحكم

The Raise a Request feature allows you to submit support needs, product improvements, or issues directly through your Ordable dashboard. This replaces formal channels (e.g., Whatsapp or account manager ) and ensures faster, more structured responses.



Steps to "Raise a Request"


  1. Open the “Raise a Request” Tab: ordable/ dashboard Settings → Raise a request

  1. Request Type:
  • Fix: Broken button and need to revive it again
  • Feature: Not available and would like to have my voice heard.


  1. Choose a Topic
  • Select the main category (e.g., POS, Online Store, Payments, Driver App).
  • Once selected, related sub-topics will appear.
  • Example: Online Store → Payments.


  1. Add Description:
  • Use the text box to explain your request in details
  • Attach screenshots or files if needed


  1. Submission:
  • The request will be raised, and updates will appear in the "My Request" tab on the same page.
