Raise a Request or Report an Issue – رفع طلب أو تبليغ عن عطل من خلال لوحة التحكم
The Raise a Request feature allows you to submit support needs, product improvements, or issues directly through your Ordable dashboard. This replaces formal channels (e.g., Whatsapp or account manager ) and ensures faster, more structured responses.
Steps to "Raise a Request"
- Open the “Raise a Request” Tab: ordable/ dashboard → Settings → Raise a request
- Request Type:
- Fix: Broken button and need to revive it again
- Feature: Not available and would like to have my voice heard.
- Choose a Topic
- Select the main category (e.g., POS, Online Store, Payments, Driver App).
- Once selected, related sub-topics will appear.
- Example: Online Store → Payments.
- Add Description:
- Use the text box to explain your request in details
- Attach screenshots or files if needed
- Submission:
- The request will be raised, and updates will appear in the "My Request" tab on the same page.
