# What are Abandoned Orders? ما هي الطلبات المعلقة؟

|| Abandoned orders are orders which customers tried to make but didn't complete when attempting to reach the payment gateway page. this may happen due several reasons such as incorrect card details, connection or technical issues.

Notes: 
* Abandoned orders can't be canceled
* Abandoned orders remain for 2 days in the abandoned orders page
* If the abandoned order has a stocked product with inventory, the inventory will be deducted for 30 minutes then the inventory will be retuned back automatically.

|| الطلبات المعلقة هي الطلبات التي بدأ العميل بعملية شرائها ولم يكملها عن طريق اتمام عملية الدفع. يحدث هذا عادةً عند  مستوى بوابة الدفع أثناء الشراء عبر الإنترنت.

ملاحظة: 
* الطلبات المعلقة لا يمكن الغائها
* في حال ان الطلبات المعلقة تحتوي على منتجات لها مخزون سيتم خصم الكمية من المخزون وحجزها لمدة 30 دقيقة ثم تلقائيا يتم ارجاع المخزون
* الطلبات المعلقة تستغرق 2 يوم ثم تختفي من صفحة الطلبات المعلقة
