# Where will I receive a Booking order? كيف يمكنني استقبال و التطلع على طلبات الحجوزات؟

|| Once a customer completes a booking, a new order will appear on your dashboard where you can receive the order and see the booking in **Booking** from the side menu.

**To check your booking orders there are 2 methods:**

## First Method:
1. Go to **Bookings**.
2. Click on **Events**.
3. Select the **Date** range.
4. Click on **Get bookings**.

## Second method:
1. Go to **Orders**.
2. Click on **Online**.
3. **Search** for the order by one of these elements:
* Customer name
* Phone number
* Order number
* Order tracking code

|| بمجرد اكتمال حجز العميل، سيظهر طلب جديد على لوحة التحكم الخاصة بك حيث يمكنك استلام الطلب ورؤية الحجز في قسم الحجوزات من القائمة الجانبية.

**:يمكنك البحث عن طلبات الحجوزات من خلال طريقتين**

## :الطريقة الأولى
1. توجه إلى صفحة **الحجوزات**
2. من القائمة اضغط على **الحجوزات**
3. **حدد التاريخ** الذي تود الاطلاع على الحجوزات فيه.
4. ​اضغط على **تحميل الحجوزات**.​

## :الطريقة الثانية
1. توجه إلى صفحة **الطلبات**.
2. اضغط على **اونلاين**
3. **:ابحث **عن الطلب باستخدام أحد العناصر التالية
* اسم العميل
* رقم الهاتف
* رقم الطلب
* رمز تتبع الطلب
