# Why are the products not showing in the POS?  لماذا لا تظهر المنتجات في نقطة البيع؟

**Products may not be showing in the POS due to several reasons:**

1. Check the **POS** status from the **products page** **(must be on)** .
2. Ensure the **product** is added in the **branch catalog** (must be added).
3. Check the **product status on** the products page (must be on).
4. Verify if the category is **switched on or off** (must be on).
