# Why customers can not track their order ? لماذا لا يمكن للعميل تتبع طلبه 

**If customers cannot track their order on the tracking page **
**** 
* Go to Settings
* Click on Delivery
* Make sure "Enable tracking" is turned on

**اذا كان العميل غير قادر على تتبع طلبه من صفحة تاكيد الطلب **

* اذهب الى الاعدادات
* اضغط على التوصيل
* تاكد من تفعيل خيار تفعيل التتبع
