# Why did I get some orders without a date or time? ما سبب استلام بعض الطلبات بدون تاريخ ووقت التسليم؟

1. Go to **Products** 
2. Click on the **product name** 
3. Click on **Settings** 
4. Scroll down and check if **Product is delivered** unclicked

__Note:__
* Disabling this setting means that the product doesn't need a delivery date and time.

1. اذهب إلى **المنتجات**
2. اضغط على **اسم المنتج**
3.  اضغط على **الإعدادات**
4. مرر لأسفل وتحقق مما إذا كان **المنتج يمكن توصيله** غير محدد

* تعطيل هذا الإعداد يعني أن المنتج لا يحتاج إلى تاريخ ووقت تسليم
