# Why I’m not able to assign a driver? لماذا لا أستطيع تعيين سائق؟

**If you can't assign a driver:**

* Check your delivery provider wallet
* Ensure the location and address of the customer.
* Check your user's permissions.
* Contact your delivery provider for more information.

**:في حال كنت تواجه صعوبة في تعيين سائق لطلب توصيل اتبع هذه الخطوات لاستكشاف المشكلة وحلها**

* تأكد من وجود رصيد كافٍ في المحفظة المرتبطة بحسابك في شركة التوصيل. فعدم كفاية الرصيد يمنع تعيين سائقين لطلبات التوصيل الجديدة. 
* تأكد من صحة موقع وعنوان توصيل العميل. المعلومات غير الصحيحة أو الناقصة قد تسبب مشاكل في تعيين السائقين.
* تأكد من صلاحيات المستخدم الخاص بك
* إذا كان الرصيد كافيًا وظهرت معلومات العميل صحيحة، فالمشكلة قد تكون متعلقة بشركة التوصيل نفسها لذلك يجب ان تتواصل مع خدمة دعم العملاء الخاصة بشركة التوصيل.
