# Why I’m not able to refund the customer?  لماذا لا أستطيع استرجاع طلب العميل؟


**To troubleshoot why you can't refund the customer:**

* Check the refund permission from the permissions page under orders 
* Ensure there is sufficient balance in the payment gateway to refund the customer.

* ** التحقق من صلاحيات المستخدم**: تأكد من أن حساب المستخدم الخاص بك لديه الصلاحية اللازمة لمعالجة عمليات الاسترداد
* ** التحقق من رصيد بوابة الدفع:** لإسترداد المبلغ المدفوع للعميل، يجب أن تكون هناك أموال كافية في بوابة الدفع لتغطية مبلغ الاسترداد. إذا كان الرصيد غير كافٍ، فستحتاج إلى تطبيق عملية الاسترداد من لوح التحكم الخاص بحسابكم في بوابة الدفع.
