Why orders confirmation emails not showing in my inbox? لماذا لا تظهر لي ايميلات تاكيد الطلب

If you haven’t received your order confirmation emails, please follow these steps:

Check your Spam or Junk folder in your email inbox.

If you find the email there:

• Open the message/email
• Mark as “Not Spam” (or the equivalent option in your email service).

Optional: Add the sender to your contacts to ensure future emails go directly to your inbox. (

**إذا لم تصلك رسائل تأكيد الطلب، يرجى اتباع الخطوات التالية: **

تحقق من صندوق الرسائل العشوائية او الرسائل الغير مرغوب فيها (Spam أو Junk) في بريدك الإلكتروني:

• ابحث عن الايميل المرغوب
• اختر "ليست رسائل غير مرغوب فيها"

اختياري: أضف المرسل إلى جهات الاتصال الخاصة بك لضمان وصول الرسائل القادمة إلى البريد الوارد.
