How to change your Branch working hours and set presets ?  كيفية تغيير ساعات العمل للفرع و انشاء اعداد مسبق لاوقات العمل؟

You can now set your Working Hours in advance with just by doing few simple steps.

Go to Branch Details, then select Working hours.
Next, click Manage Presets and choose Create a Preset to set up a schedule.

Give it a name, like for example "Ramadan Hours", then select the operating days and set the working hours.

You can add multiple slots manually by clicking the Add button next to each slot, or set the start and end time a

First, add a time slot from 3 PM to midnight
Then, add another slot from midnight to 4 AM
Always make sure to click Add after setting each slot.

Once everything looks good, just hit Save, and you're all set!

To activate it, simply click on the schedule name, then select Apply to Branch and confirm.

If you want to activate automatically? Click Schedule Preset, choose the preset, and set the activation date.

Now, your hours will be applied automatically

الحين تقدر تضبط ساعات ** العمل** مسبقًا بكل سهولة!

ادخل على تفاصيل الفرع، بعدين اختر **ساعات العمل
**اضغط على إدارة الإعدادات المسبقة، وبعدها اختر إنشاء إعداد مسبق عشان تجهّز الجدول مسبقًا.

سمِّ الجدول باسم، مثل ساعات رمضان، بعدها حدد الأيام اللي تبيها واضبط ساعات الجدولة.

تقدر تضيف أكثر من فترة يدويًا عن طريق الضغط على زر ال إضافة عند كل فترة، أو تحدد وقت البداية والنهاية وتخلي السيستم يقسم الفترات حسب تفضيلاتك.

You can add/edit the delivery areas and rates from:

Go to Branches
Click on Branch Details of the branch that you want to edit the delivery fees
Click on Delivery areas and rates
Under Override Rate? column click on the checkbox to allow you to edit the rate
Under Delivery rate column add the delivery rate

Note:

You can change the delivery rate for more than 1 area by:

Clicking on the checkbox behind On/Off column to select all areas or specific area
Click on Perform action
Add the price in the Delivery rate field.
Click on Save

اتبع الخطوات التالية لتغيير اسعار التوصيل للمناطق:

توجه إلى صفحة الافرع
اضغط على تفاصيل الفرع للفرع الذي تريد تغيير اسعار مناطق التوصيل له
قم بالضغط على مناطق التوصيل و اسعارها
اسفل العمود تجاوز التكلفة؟ قم بالضغط على المربع للسماح بتعديل سعر التوصيل
اسفل العمود سعر التوصيل قم بإدخال المبلغ المحدد للتوصيل

You can now set your scheduled delivery in advance with just by doing few simple steps.

Go to Branch Details, then select Schedule Delivery Slots.
Next, click Manage Presets and choose Create a Preset to set up a schedule.

Give it a name, like Ramadan Hours, then select the operating days and set the schedule hours.

You can add multiple slots manually by clicking the Add button next to each slot, or set the start and end time and split the period based on your preferences.

For example, if we’re setting delivery hours from 3 PM to 4 AM:

First, add a time slot from 3 PM to midnight
Then, add another slot from midnight to 4 AM
Always make sure to click Add after setting each slot.
In this Example, we will split the period into 60-minute intervals.

Once everything looks good, just hit Save, and you're all set!

To activate it, simply click on the schedule name, then select Apply to Branch and confirm.

If you want to activate automatically? Click Schedule Preset, choose the preset, and set the activation date.

Now, your scheduled delivery times will be applied automatically

Promotion creation -  خطوات إنشاء عرض ترويجي للعملاء

Accepted Answer

To create a promotion:

Go to Marketing
Click on Promotions
Click on Create Promotion button at the top right corner.
Set the Conditions for your promotion that the customer has to meet in order to qualify for the promotion (Such as: minimum order amount, a specific product or category, a coupon code, etc.)
Set the Discounts for your promotion. which are the benefits that the customer will receive if they meet the conditions. (Such as: percentage or fixed amount discount, free shipping, a free gift, etc.)
Optionally, you can set the availability, targeting, and visibility options for your promotion. These allow you to control when and to whom your promotion will be applied and displayed.
From the Finalize tab, you can set the start and expiration date of the promotion, add a logo to the promotion, enter a name and a description for your promotion.
Set the usage limit, exclude products, categories, and modifiers from the promotion.
Set it’s status to private if you want to hide it from the website.

10. Click New Promotion to create your promotion.

How to add options? كيف يمكنني إضافة خيارات لمنتج؟

Accepted Answer

**To add options: **

Go to the productspage.
Click on the product that you want to add options for.
Click on Options > New option.
Add the option name (Such as: addons, your choice of, Toppings, Extra).
Add the minimum and maximum quantity.
Add sort order for the option.
Add the** first-choice name**.
Add the price if this choice is chargeable.

Note:

You can make the options required for your customers by Ticking "is Required?"
You can make the choices multiple (customer can select the choice multiple times depending on the maximum quantity) by ticking "Allow Multiple?"

اضغط على اسم المنتج الذي تريد اضافة خيارات له
اضغط على **الخيارات ** ثم اضغط على إضافة خيار
أضف عنوان الخيار باللغتين (مثل: إضافات، اختيارك من:)
